How to book or reserve your holiday in Madagascar

If you want to reserve a place on one of our tours, just email us with full your name, postal address and 'phone number, stating the name of the tour and the departure date. We will confirm your reservation within one working day and send you a confirmation invoice. You can pay the deposit (normally 20%) by cheque, bank transfer, bank draft or credit card.

Please do not email your credit card details. People wishing to pay by credit card should send the details by fax to +44 207 226 2621 or telephone with the card details.

If you want to book one of the sample itineraries, please email us with your details, the name of the itinerary, your preferred date of departure and an alternative, if possible. We will respond within 1 working day.

People wishing to book an individual tailor-made tour should email their requirements or contact us to discuss their plans. We will respond within 1 working day. Telephone conversations are very welcome!

Our full booking conditions are set out in the Rainbow Tours brochure. If you do not have a copy and wish to make an immediate booking, we will send a copy by fax.
